2.1 China VIP program – Shangri-la Hotel Hospitality Suite
Lounge – An area within the ballroom where up to 250 guests were able to have conversations with one another while watching the Olympics channel. A large projection screen and minimal audible disturbances from the other zones made this a very favorable environment.

Display Zone – A display area showcasing the history of Coca-Cola and the Olympics. It included photographs, artifacts, and various memorabilia.

Internet Cafe Zone – An area within the hospitality lounge where 4 laptop computers were available for internet browsing.

Gold Metal Report and Weather Report Screen – A round projection screen that displays the weather as well as the number of gold metals won by different countries.

Banquet Hall – A Banquet Hall catered sit-down meals for 120 guests. It was adorned with a Coca-Cola Olympics 2008 themed décor and equipped with a public announcement system.

Staff Office – The meeting, resting, and dining area for all Coca-Cola staff. It included a storage area of approximately 80sqm.

2.2 Incentive / 2.4 Day Program – Minzu Hotel

West Function room
Catered a private, conducive and cozy environment for relax, interact amongst one another and participate in some recreational activities for nearly 120 guests. Included a large projector and some plasmas for watching Olympic games.

East Function room
Catered seating capacity for sit-down meals for nearly one hundred guests, and with a large projector and some plasmas for watching Olympic games.

Staff Office and Check in Room
Operating area for 20 coordinators. A reception counter was served for hospitality information for guests.
Checking in and amenities claiming area for all guests, with 2 large counter for operating.

2.3 Consumer Program – Guangzhou Hotel
Reception room -The reception area for tickets and amenities distributing, with reception counter and a drinking area for rest.
